1. Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (soaps and body scrubs), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged during transit (e.g., melted candles or broken jars), please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund for the damaged items.
