1. Handcrafted Products & Natural Ingredients
All our soaps, candles, and skincare products are carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because of their artisanal nature, slight variations in color, shape, and scent may occur between batches. We select premium, natural ingredients; however, it is the customer's responsibility to check ingredient lists for potential allergies before use.

2. Shipping, Processing, & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times and fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. AUSET is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs.

3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of handcrafted cosmetics and skincare, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at info@ausets.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, product descriptions, designs, and images, is the exclusive property of AUSET and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this material is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
AUSET provides natural, premium products for self-care. We are not medical professionals, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition or skin disease.
